Description
An easy make-ahead dressing that can be served with crudité or as a hand salad for dinner parties.
Ingredients
3/4 cup (180g) Greek yogurt
1/8 cup + 1 tablespoon (40g) buttermilk
2 tablespoons (6g) chives, chopped
2 garlic cloves, grated or finely chopped
Juice of 1/2 lemon or 1 teaspoon (3g)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Mix all the ingredients together. Serve like a dip with romaine hearts, bell peppers, or veggies of choice.
